CHAINS BE BROKEN!

Photobucket
I have been going through some pretty trying times lately.
I have so unbelievably much to be thankful for in my life, I never do forget that. However, it is in times like this that I need to embrace all of the great in my life and never lose sight of them, because God has a plan for me and each and every one of us in this world. Look at this picture above. I was outside eating at a restaurant one day with my love when randomly these birds came up to us. We thought it was cute, but really paid them no mind until we realized that one bird only had one leg while the other right next to him was completely "normal". I believe that in these moments God really is speaking to me, He is saying to let nothing stop me, let nothing hold me back, nothing at all. What are you going to do in this moment, give up, or strive and persevere? I can't stand to realize that I really don't have it all that bad until it is that I notice someone or something else has it a bit worse in comparison to my own life. How selfish? I know I am never given anything more in my life than what I can handle, and for this, I am grateful. I need to let go of the things in my own mind that hold me back, wake up, give back, and enjoy each and every moment that I am blessed to live! By the way, he spoke to me again today. A butterfly landed on me, this has never happened to me before. I know he is saying to never lose hope, greater things are yet to come :)

Give it up, Give everything up to Him. Break the chains that bind you and never lose hope!

1 The people say, "Come.
Let us return to the Lord.
He has torn us to pieces.
But he will heal us.
He has wounded us.
But he'll bandage our wounds.
2 After two days he will give us new life.
On the third day he'll make us like new again.
Then we will enjoy his blessing.
3 Let's recognize him as the Lord.
Let's keep trying to really know him.
You can be sure the sun will rise.
And you can be just as sure the Lord will appear.
He will come to renew us like the winter rains.
He will be like the spring rains that water the earth."
Hosea 6:1-3
